Affordable Wedding Venues Orlando All Inclusive

November 1, 2026·11 min read

Affordable wedding venues Orlando all inclusive searches usually come from couples asking the same question two ways at once: how do we keep the budget under control, and how do we avoid building the whole day from separate vendors? We are Tito and Kianna Febus of Febus Films, a husband-and-wife photography team based here in Central Florida. After more than 14 years photographing weddings, and with Tito having photographed more than 400 celebrations across 22 venues we know firsthand, we have learned that “affordable” and “all inclusive” are less about a price tag and more about the shape of the spending. This guide shares the Orlando venues where we have photographed real weddings, what makes each one kinder to a budget, what drives the cost, and the photo spots we return to again and again.

Which affordable all inclusive wedding venues in Orlando should you know first?

Start with the Orlando venues where we can show you a real wedding day: Paradise Cove on Lake Bryan, Cypress Grove Estate on Holden Avenue, Casa Feliz in Winter Park, The Pinery, The Balcony in downtown Orlando, and The Barn and Lodge at Crescent Lake in Odessa. Each one is a real place we have photographed, and each one keeps costs manageable in a different way.

Paradise Cove. On January 5, 2024, we photographed Nikka Perez and Gabriel Alvarez at Paradise Cove, a private waterfront cove on Lake Bryan built around sunset ceremonies. The water sits behind the vows, the light softens across the lake as the evening comes on, and the setting needs very little added to it, which is part of what keeps the spending simple. Their planner, Dani Escobar of Roots to Stems, and The Ginger Officiant were part of a full vendor team we were glad to work alongside, and the day remains our reference for what a waterfront celebration here can feel like: relaxed, warm, and timed to the light.

Cypress Grove Estate. At 290 Holden Avenue, Cypress Grove Estate pairs a 1925 estate house with lakeside lawns and a deep oak canopy. We photographed a February 2024 wedding there, and the day moved from the character of the old house to a tented waterfront reception as the evening settled in. The shade under those oaks is a gift in Florida, giving portraits soft, even light in the middle of the day, and the lawns give larger celebrations room to breathe without ever feeling scattered. Their planners, Karin Hill of Hearts and Souls Event Management, and Big City Catering kept the day moving calmly from ceremony to reception.

Casa Feliz. For couples who want history without a resort price, Casa Feliz at 656 N Park Avenue in Winter Park is a historic house with a garden that photographs beautifully. We photographed Skylar Hersh and Zach Lauer there on January 27, 2024, a 4:30pm ceremony followed by a 5pm cocktail hour and a 6:15pm buffet. Their coordinator, Shadow Anderson of The Chaos Coordinator, and Arthur’s Catering ran a day that felt unhurried from the first look to the last dance. A house venue like this one keeps the day in one place, which is one of the quietest ways to control a budget.

The Pinery. We photographed Melissa Ayluardo and Saul Noyola at The Pinery on February 22, 2025, with Melissa Chaviano of Chaviano Celebrations coordinating the day. The Pinery suits couples who want a garden celebration with room for their people and a ceremony site that needs very little decoration to photograph well. It is the kind of venue where the setting does the work, and the photos show it.

The Balcony. For couples who want the city in their photos, The Balcony is a rooftop venue in downtown Orlando with skyline views in every direction. We photographed Tara Staley and Sebastian Pancordo there on March 21, 2025, with planner Madeline Cox of Bluegrass Chic. Their ceremony framed the couple against a triangular arch and the downtown towers, and the open sky made the whole celebration feel bright and modern. Rooftop light is honest and direct, so timing matters, and this is a venue where a well-built timeline pays off beautifully.

The Barn and Lodge at Crescent Lake. At 9612 Crescent Drive in Odessa, The Barn and Lodge at Crescent Lake gives couples a barn celebration with room to breathe. We photographed Grace Philpot and Max Linares there on November 29, 2025, with venue coordinator Theresa Lacaillade keeping the day on track. Barn venues suit couples who want a relaxed, personal celebration, and the grounds give portraits a warm, open feeling as the evening comes on.

A few more Orlando venues we have photographed are worth a look if your search widens: Luxmore Grande Estate, where we photographed Megan and Chris in January 2025; The Highland Manor, where we photographed Insiyah and Louis in September 2023; and 1908 Grand in Sanford, where we photographed the reception for Kirsi White and Matt Concelmo in January 2025. Our wider Orlando wedding venues guide covers the waterfront, historic, and downtown settings across the city, and our Winter Park wedding venues guide goes deeper on Casa Feliz and its neighbors. If your search stretches to the coast, our Powel Crosley Estate guide shows what an estate celebration looks like in Sarasota.

What do affordable wedding venues orlando all inclusive typically cost?

Affordable wedding venues orlando all inclusive pricing is driven less by a single rental fee and more by how each venue is built: full service resorts fold dining and staffing into one proposal, estates and waterfront spaces may charge for the site and let you assemble your own team, and guest count moves every line. No honest guide can quote you a number for a venue it has not priced with you, so here is what actually moves the number instead.

Season is the first lever. Central Florida’s wedding season runs from about October through April, when the weather is mildest and Saturdays carry premium pricing across the region. Summer dates often come with softer rates, traded against heat, humidity, and afternoon rain. Fridays and Sundays nearly always cost less than Saturdays at the same venue, and a weekday celebration can change a proposal more than most couples expect.

The second lever is what the venue includes. A proposal that already holds catering, staffing, rentals, and getting ready space is a different shape of spending from a beautiful site that hands you a list of approved partners and leaves you to build the team yourselves. Neither model is better. They are simply different shapes of spending, which is why we always tell couples to ask for every proposal in writing, itemized: the venue fee, the food and beverage minimum, service charges, and exactly what the rain backup includes.

Ask about the tent and weather lines early, too. At lawn and waterfront venues, flooring, sidewalls, and lighting for a tented backup are real costs that belong in the first conversation, not the last one. And when you budget your photography, know that Febus Films prices by collections rather than by the hour, so your coverage is built around your day instead of a clock.

How do you choose an affordable all inclusive venue in Orlando?

Choose an affordable all inclusive venue in Orlando the way a photographer walks it: check where the light falls at your ceremony hour, ask what the rain backup room really looks like set for vows, and confirm the getting ready space has honest window light. Venues that answer those three questions well photograph calmly in any season.

Light first. Florida sun is strong for most of the day, so shade is your friend. The oak canopy at Cypress Grove, a covered terrace, or clean architectural shade downtown all protect skin tones and keep guests comfortable. Rooftops like The Balcony offer wide open sky, which is gorgeous near golden hour and demanding at midday, so the ceremony hour you choose matters more there than almost anywhere else.

Rain second, because this is Florida. Afternoon weather can turn in minutes, even outside the summer months. Your backup space should be a room you would happily marry in, not a compromise you apologize for. Ask to see it set for a ceremony, ask when the call gets made on the day, and ask who moves the chairs. At waterfront and estate venues, walk the tent plan the same way, and picture your people in it.

Logistics third. Think about how your guests arrive, where they park or stay, and how the day flows from getting ready to ceremony to reception without long, hot gaps. Venues that keep the day in one place tend to feel calmer, and calm people photograph beautifully. That relaxed feeling is not an accident. It is built into the timeline, and it starts with the venue you choose.

Where are the best photo spots at these Orlando venues?

The photo spots couples love most at these affordable Orlando venues are the waterfront at Paradise Cove near sunset, the oak canopy and lakeside lawns at Cypress Grove Estate, and the open skyline at The Balcony, where downtown rises behind the ceremony. Each rewards a timeline that protects a few unhurried portrait minutes.

At Paradise Cove, everything points at the water. The cove gives ceremonies a natural backdrop that needs very little added to it, and as the sun drops over Lake Bryan the light turns warm and low across the whole scene. We build the portrait window around that shift, because a few quiet minutes at the water’s edge after the ceremony will give you the frames that feel most like the day itself.

At Cypress Grove Estate, the variety is the story. The 1925 house gives you character and window light for getting ready and quiet portraits, the oaks give you shade and texture, and the lakeside lawn opens up for wide, romantic frames as the evening comes on. A tented waterfront reception photographs warmly once the light fades, with the water never far from the celebration.

At The Balcony, the skyline does the work. The triangular ceremony arch against the towers, the open rooftop for portraits, and the city lights as the reception begins all give a downtown wedding a look no garden venue can copy. At Casa Feliz, the garden and the historic house give you shade and character in the same few steps, and at The Pinery the ceremony site itself is the portrait backdrop. Inside every venue, we look for the same quieter corners too: staircases, shaded walkways, and a few feet of breathing room away from the party, where the real moments tend to find you.

Frequently asked questions

What does all inclusive usually include at an Orlando wedding venue?

It depends on the venue, so always ask for the itemized proposal. In practice it usually means the site, catering, staffing, rentals, and getting ready space in one proposal, while a site-only venue charges for the space and lets you bring your own team. Compare proposals line by line: venue fee, food and beverage minimum, service charges, and the rain backup.

Can you have an affordable wedding at a historic estate in Orlando?

Yes, and Cypress Grove Estate and Casa Feliz are the two we would point to first. Both are historic settings we have photographed, and both keep the day in one place with shade and character built in. The lever that matters most is not the venue name but the date: a Friday or Sunday in the slower season changes the proposal more than almost anything else.

What time of year is cheapest for an Orlando wedding?

Summer dates usually carry softer rates than the October through April peak season, traded against heat, humidity, and afternoon rain. Fridays, Sundays, and weekdays cost less than Saturdays at the same venue. Whatever the season, protect the ceremony hour and the rain backup, because those two choices shape the photos more than the date does.

Do these Orlando venues have rain plans?

Most do, but the quality varies, so ask exactly what your contract’s backup includes and go see the space in person. Resorts convert indoor rooms, estates work with tent plans, and waterfront venues make the weather call on a set schedule. In Florida, the backup plan deserves the same attention as the main one.

How far ahead should you book an affordable Orlando wedding venue?

Peak season Saturdays at in-demand Orlando venues often book a year or more ahead. Book the venue first, then your photographer soon after, so your date is held on both calendars. If your date is flexible, a Friday or Sunday can open up venues that looked fully booked at first glance.

Your affordable Orlando wedding

However you picture the day, affordable wedding venues in Orlando give you a rare range in one city: a private cove at sunset, a 1925 estate under the oaks, a historic house in Winter Park, a garden celebration, and a rooftop above the skyline. If you are planning a wedding here and want photographers who know these places from real wedding days, we would love to hear your story.
