3. How We Save and Process Inquiry Data

Inquiry information submitted through the website is sent to the Febus Films inquiry endpoint, validated, checked for spam, and then used to create or update a lead record in Dubsado when the Dubsado sync is available.

A copy of the inquiry is also sent to the Febus Films owner inbox using Resend so we can review the details and reply. The notification may include your name, partner's name, email address, phone number, wedding date, event type, venue or location, lead source, message, page URL, submission ID, and the Dubsado sync result.

We do not intentionally publish inquiry information on the website, and the website code does not create a public-facing database of inquiry submissions.

4. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to present our website and its contents to you, provide information, products, or services that you request from us, and fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information.

We also use inquiry and booking information to respond to your message, check availability, prepare proposals, manage client communication, plan wedding photography coverage, deliver galleries, support albums and print products, maintain business records, prevent spam or abuse, and improve the client experience.
